Richard’s practice concentrates on professional liability defense (financial services and insurance professionals, attorneys, accountants and architects), securities law and financial services litigation, commercial litigation, insurance litigation and coverage, fidelity/fraud recovery, intellectual property law, entertainment and employment law. He is experienced in complex litigation in Federal and State Courts, as well as FINRA and AAA arbitrations. His clients have included businesses ranging from Fortune 500 multinational enterprises and municipalities to small businesses and individuals.
