Richard joined Silverman Sclar Shin & Byrne in 2009 as a partner in the newly established entertainment division of the New York office. His practice focuses on all areas of entertainment and media, including television production and casting, commercials, endorsements, merchandising, licensing, personal appearance and motion picture related matters.  Richard was previously a Senior Vice President of Business Affairs at the William Morris Agency.
