Peter has been practicing law since 1970 and is the senior partner of the firm.  He has over thirty-five years of hands-on experience in all facets of corporate and commercial law.  In 1986, Peter founded our predecessor firm.  He has extensive experience in the representation of companies engaged in the transportation business and is recognized as a leader in representation of the school bus transportation industry, having negotiated billion dollar contracts for that industry.
