Paul Chernis
Of Counsel

Paul has over 45 years of experience in the areas of securities regulation, securities litigation and arbitration, and white collar criminal defense.  A former Assistant Regional Administrator for Enforcement with the SEC in New York, Paul joined our predecessor firm in 1990 and continues to represent individuals and public companies facing regulatory investigations and enforcement proceedings before the SEC  and FINRA, as well as clients in business crimes investigations and prosecutions.  He also has represented brokers and financial institutions in securities arbitration proceedings and continues to actively serve as a FINRA arbitrator.
