Misha was born in Kiev, Ukraine, in 1971 and joined our firm in 2007. He is an experienced attorney with practice focused on complex commercial litigation, business divorce cases, administrative law, mediation and arbitration. Misha is currently an associate in our commercial litigation unit.

Notable Accomplishments
Misha’s notable cases and accomplishments include: successful defense of a regional food manufacturer in several shareholder derivative and wrongful discharge actions brought by a disgruntled owner-manager; advising a U.S. company in successfully fending off a governmental take-over of one of the biggest chemical plants in Ukraine; securing multi-million dollar awards for families of victims of September 11th from the Victim Compensation Fund, including the third-largest award on record.
Professional and Community Activities
Misha is a member of the American Bar Association and the Association of the Bar of the City New York. He also is actively involved with UJA-Federation of New York, currently serving as the chair of its Network Priorities Committee.
