Ilona joined our corporate department in 2009 and specializes within the real estate practice group.  She has represented real estate developers in the acquisition and development of commercial and multifamily properties and in complex real estate financings.  She also has counseled clients on preparing condominium offering plans, on air/development rights and leasing matters.
